Cranberry-Walnut Broccoli Salad

It's easy to eat lots of broccoli with this salad! 

  • 3 heads broccoli, cut into small florets
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • dash salt

Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl. In a medium serving bowl, mix the broccoli, cranberries, walnuts, and dressing. Serve!
